To register you must fill out and send the Registration Form. The closing date for enrolment will be one month before the course starts. From that date onwards applications will be accepted according to availability. A deposit of 20% of the course fee is required on enrolment and will be discounted from the course price. The remaining sum will have to be paid 15 days before the course starts. Any accommodation should be paid on arrival at the centre. The student can pay the deposit through a bank transfer. On cancellation of booking the payment made will be returned, less a percentage retained according to the following table:
Any expenses incurred by the refund process will be charged to the student. If the Fundación FIDESCU should find it necessary to cancel any course the student will have the option of attending a course in one of our other centers or receiving a full refund.
Students are not insured by the School or by the families, for this reason we strongly recommend that the student obtain sufficient health insurance as well as travel insurance covering theft, etc. in his/her country, to cover him/her during their time away from home. European Union citizens with an E111 are entitled to medical assistance offered by the Spanish National Health Service (Insalud).
The cost of travel to the city of destination or to the housing location is not included in the course price. The School can provide the transfer if required. Note: The students, or in case of under age students, their parents will be responsible for any damage caused in the houses of the host families. |
