Formula A (for a three month periodsl)	15 consultations	100 €
Formula B (per year)	60 consultations	360 €

In order to formalise the subscription, a bank transfer corresponding to the price of the formula chosen should be made to the following bank account number:

At the same time, the completed subscription form should be sent. The FIDESCU Foundation will provide you with a password with which you can carry out your consultations as soon as the subscription has been confirmed.
