The consultancy services can be commissioned for a minimum period of three months. During this time the researcher, student or University department which has commissioned the consultancy is permitted to consult FIDESCU’s professionals, a maximum of fifteen times; there is also the possibility of extending the amount of questions by renewing the subscription. Consultancies can be made on any of the following subjects:

Gastronomy	Others

The professionals that work for the Foundation also carry out specific research projects at the request of any researcher or institution that seeks it: finding documents in archives or libraries; securing copies of old books or out of print editions, recordings of conferences, specific field research …. In all of these cases an estimate of the cost can be had without any obligation implied.
