In the case of languages in which the cost is not based on the price per word, a previous estimate must always be requested. • Once the estimate has been accepted, you should send us the text to be translated, indicating the languages and the type of translation involved (general or official), along with the relevant data relating to the person or entity who wishes to commission our services, (name, contact telephone number, and fiscal information). • One of the preliminary steps, necessary to begin work on your translation, is the payment of a deposit into the account number indicated below. This deposit should be approximately 50% of the total cost. • The rest of the cost should be paid into this account on the completion of the translation that you have commissioned.
