The
Protectorate of Education and Research Foundations is dependent
on the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports. This Protectorate
operates through the Secretaría General Técnica in order to
ensure that the Foundations under its area of control fulfil
the foundation’s objectives, within the legal framework which
these organisations are subject to.
As a result of the annual reports outlining the foundation’s
future projects and the register of new patrons, that
are submitted to the Protectorate, this organisation
is always aware of the foundation’s projects.
